The Cold Steel Gentleman's Stockman Folding Knife with 3 blades, which has been customarily called a Stockman knife, has the standard clip point and spey point blade of the Trapper with the addition of a sheep’s foot styled blade.

The Cold Steel Stockman Series is our variation on the classic gentlemans slip joint knife. It features handles made from authentic bone and is highlighted with polished metal bolsters. The rugged handles are substantially sized for hard work, even with gloved hands. It is constructed in a traditional Jack Knife pattern, with three polished stainless steel blades: a clip point blade for piercing and cutting, a spey blade for skinning and gutting, and a sheeps foot blade to avoid piercing during any slicing work.
